Brazilan Jiu Jitsu BJJ Classes Training Delhi India

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ): Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Techniques focus on grappling and ground fighting and
will give you an understanding of how to control and manipulate a strong and aggressive opponent.
Learning Jiu Jitsu basics and adding in submissions will allow you to make an opponent give up
without having to throw a single punch or kick.
BJJ techniques are a perfect complementary skill for virtually any martial artist with stand-up
experience. Jiu Jitsu enables the martial artist to put together a complete set of skills that will
help in any situation, whether it is on the feet or on the ground.
The basic technique and positions will be the foundation in which the new student learns how to
move properly and figures out the finer details of the positions. The advanced moves will be built
from this solid foundation, but the basics are more than enough to get an individual to an expert
level.
BASIC BJJ TECHNIQUES: Closed guard, half guard, Butterfly guard, Open guard, Passing Guard,
Side Control, Mount position, Back control, Escapes, Submissions.

Boxing Classes

BOXING: Our program is an awesome form of Self-Defence. Boxing is easy to learn and very
practical. It is very important for beginning martial artists to learn and develop good form with
their skills. The student's skills must also be perfected by sparring with other students. By
sparring with other students, a student's skills will be much more effective in a street altercation.
If a student is training at the right place, this can be done safely, and it can be a lot of fun.
Boxing is very popular at many gyms. This type of training is dangerous because a student will
have a false belief that they have developed self-defence skills. This type of training is only for
a student who is not interested in learning Martial Arts.
Boxing is training for students interested in learning "real" Boxing. Students learn and develop
practical fighting skills. Many of the students at our Boxing studio have had to use their training
to defend themselves against street violence.

Karate Schools in Delhi India

It is an extremely effective method of Unarmed Self Defence. The average student learns
Karate for self defence and physical conditioning. As he/she becomes proficient, he/she is
taught to apply their knowledge by sparring with fellow students. This is a vital part of the
training used in most systems.
KARATE is not A Means of Combat Which Simply Takes the Issue of Battle At its Ultimate
Objective. It is An Art Which Systematically Tempering Every Part of the Body, Giving Special
Attention to the Hands and Feet, Enables One to Act Effectively in the Moment of Crisis,
This Training Provides Protection with Nothing More Than the Empty Hand. Again, it is A Sport
in Which Opponents Compete in Techniques Which Require Skilful and Even Movement of the
Body. With the Entire Body Enabled in the Execution of a Technique, Enlisting Both Good
Control and Will Power. One Seeks to Gain the Advantage of Their Adversary.

Kickboxing Classes

Kickboxing is refers to a group of martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate, Muay Thai and western boxing. Kickboxing is often practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Japanese kickboxing originates in the 1960s, with competitions held since the 1960s. American kickboxing originates in the 1970s. Japanese kickboxing developed into K-1 in 1993. Historically, kickboxing can be considered a hybrid martial art formed from the combination of elements of various traditional styles. This approach became increasingly popular since the 1990s; kickboxing has contributed to the emergence of mixed martial arts via further hybridization with ground fighting techniques from jujutsu and collegiate wrestling.
