Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sports that allows the use of both striking techniques and grappling, both standing and on the ground, including boxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muaythai , Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Karate, Judo and other styles.
Stand-up: Boxing, Kickboxing, Muaythai forms of full contact. Karate are trained to improve footwork, elbowing, kicking, Kneeing and punching.
Clinch: Freestyle Wrestling, Catch Wrestling, Judo and Muaythai are trained to improve rivets, takedowns and throws.

Muaythai: Muay Thai techniques are formal divided into two groups: mae Mai Mai or major techniques and luk minor or technical. Muay Thai is often a fighting art of attrition, where opponents exchange blows with one another. This is certainly the case with traditional stylists in Thailand, but is a less popular form of fighting in the contemporary world circuit where the fight against the Thai style of exchanging blow for blow is no longer favorable. Almost all the techniques of Muay Thai use the entire body movement, rotating the hip with each kick, punch, elbow and block.
