Gymnastics is the practice of athletic exercises for the development of the body, especially those exercises performed with apparatus such as rings, pommel horse, bars, and balance beam. Although gymnastics was likely practised in ancient Egyptian and Chinese cultures. All of our classes are designed to train children not only in physical skills, like coordination, strength and flexibility, but to help children grow in self-confidence and social skills as well.
 
Our Studio, we love to watch children grow. Throughout our 10 years of training Students in gymnastics, we have helped a whole generation grow up strong. As kids progress through our classes and programs, we see their flexibility, body awareness and fitness increase. What’s even more important is that parents are thrilled as they watch their children grow in Self-esteem, Confidence and Character.
 
Our Studio, We offer instruction (gymnastics) for every age group, from pre-schoolers to high-school and adult students. And our nationally-certified, professional staff members work to make sure each student’s gymnastics experience is a fun and rewarding one.
 
Acrobatic Gymnastics:Acrobatics combines Dance, Gymnastics skills, and Synchronization.
 
 
Rhythmic Gymnastics:Are choreographed to music, involving body elements and bined with the handling of small equipment including a rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon.
 
 
 
Balance Exercise:A balance exercise consists of static balance elements intricate pyramids, transitions between balance holds.
 
 
 
Dynamic Exercise:Dynamic exercise include skills with partner throws and pitches to catches by the base partner(s) or landings on the floor.
 
 
 
The gymnast performs a choreographed routine of Leaps, Acrobatic skills, Somersaults, Turns and Dance elements on a Padded beam. The event requires in Particular, Balance and Flexibility.

Boxing is very popular at many gyms. This type of training is dangerous because a student will have a false belief that they have developed self-defence skills. This type of training is only for a student who is not interested in learning Martial Arts.
 
Boxing is training for students interested in learning "real" Boxing. Students learn and develop practical fighting skills. Many of the students at our Boxing studio have had to use their training to defend themselves against street violence.
 
Exercise:
Boxing Trainer, like any good trainer, are never satisfied with your performance: they are always encouraging you to try harder, to move faster, to aim your punches better. This breeds an important positive attitude: to always be willing to give everything your best shot, and to try as hard as you can. This kind of teaching inspires confidence in one's own abilities, which cannot help but become apparent not only in the boxing Classes, but in everything one does.

The initial stages of learning Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) classes can be a confusing, frustrating and overwhelming process. This confusion is understandable: grappling is complex, and it's easy to get lost in the multitude of techniques and details before you ever reach any level of mastery in the sport. Because of this complexity many people quit the art prematurely, and thus never get a chance to experience the joy and excitement of this exciting sport, which is also an incredibly effective martial art. As I just stated, grappling is complex. It is, in fact, MORE complex than most other martial arts. Let's consider boxing for a second, which really only has 5 or 6 different punches (i.e. jab, cross, hook, uppercut, overhand, etc.). Add in a few defenses and a bit of footwork, and you basically have the entire boxing system in a nutshell. I'm not saying that boxing isn't effective – it's a great system and at the higher levels.

It is very subtle - but it just doesn't have very many individual techniques to learn. Grappling, by contrast, has at least 6 primary positions (compared to one or two stances in boxing). Each of these 6 positions needs to be trained both on top and bottom, and on the right and left. After that there are many additional variations of each position. Then for each of these positions you can apply a huge number of different transitions, submissions, escapes and defenses. It's easy to see why BJJ has hundreds and hundreds of distinct techniques, and why new students can quickly feel overwhelmed. So what should a beginner do to make sense of all this technique? How can he organize his knowledge and decide what he should learn next? Part of the solution is to recognize that there are only 6 primary BJJ positions.

The 6 Primary Positions; If you watch any BJJ sparring, be it in class or at a tournament, you will see that the combatants spend about 90% of their time on the ground in one of the following positions:

1. Guard

2. Side Mount

3. Knee Mount

4. Mount

5. Rear Mount

6. Turtle


The 6 high-percentage submissions commonly used in sparring and competition:

• the straight armbar

• the Kimura armlock

• the guillotine choke

• the triangle choke

• the omo plata armlock

• the cross-collar choke (if the top man is wearing a gi)

Our Jiu Jitsu training program is a fun and exciting one hours class usually taken regular 3 times in a week.
